Attracting over 17,000 attendees, I was the Area Lead for over 13,000 sqm of exhibition space. This area consisted of 97 sponsor stands and custom lounges, a mezzanine level for both back-of-house and sponsor spaces, 3 content theaters, 8 general lounges and F&B areas.

This role included Client Management as well as leading a team of Creatives, Account Managers, Sales Managers and Technical Production through complex processes and tight timelines.

Alongside client and team management and event delivery, taking responsibility for the Welcome Reception, pre-event sponsor communications, furniture and logistics, onsite technology including lead retrieval, onsite filming schedules, speaker management, Brand Ambassador and Talent Management as well as budget management.
